About the club

We are development experts. Our mission is to support human progress. Our topics are talent search and recruitment, assessment, onboarding, learning, team building, career development, and organisational culture.

This is a space for professional observations, thoughtful questions, and shared thinking. We value curiosity, clarity, and respect for different experience.

We explore rather than argue. Discussion helps us see more perspectives; it need not become a debate.

We share rather than lecture. A separate talk or workshop can always be proposed as the next format.

We leave room for uncertainty. Nobody needs to have the final answer.
